As we age, our physical condition and needs change. Many people need personal training and fitness guidance as they adjust to different stages of life. Additionally, we may develop chronic illnesses, have special conditions, or live in pain resulting in an unhealthy level of inactivity or restriction of movement.
We will get to know you as a whole person, and will help you get moving through your obstacles with our unique programming approach.
Our training style will help you learn the proper exercises for your situation with emphasis on form and technique. Your program may be a combination of modalities, but is primarily based upon you setting small goals and taking steps to achieve them.

Lifestyle Focus Consultation
One 60 min. appointment to discuss your current lifestyle, changes you hope to see, and behavior change techniques that may work for you. Change is hard, and there are a million ways you can move toward those changes. We will help you sort through to find the most effective, efficient, and dare we say FUN ways to reach your goals. Corrective Exercise
Addresses common imbalances in the musculoskeletal system through a variety of techniques from self myofascial release, posture modifications, strength training, and stretching depending on what you need. These specific exercises will help you align and move better. We care most about posture, mobility, and foundational strength.

Individual Yoga
Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, we will design a practice for you with intention on technique so you feel the work/stretch in the right places. We also provide guided imagery practices and other mindful styles.

Posture Perfect
For all levels. Posture affects everything we do, but even affects how we look and feel. This program will assess your vertical baseline and natural posture. As well as, provide strengthening and stretching exercises to help you stand taller. It can also be offered as a small group class or corporate event.

Balance Training
Balance training is most beneficial for advancing age individuals who want to improve their quality of life or someone who has been through an accident causing a major ability change. It’s a combination of static/dynamic exercises with elements from Tai Chi, Yoga, and Functional Movement Training that will assess fall risk and help you improve.

Functional Fitness
This type of training serves all fitness levels, but is particularly beneficial for those who have difficulty with day to day movements such as sitting down or getting up/down off the floor. It asseses functional strength, flexibility, and movement patterns so you can set a baseline and move forward.

Healthy Hands & Feet
This program is specifically designed to help with flexibility and mobility issues of the hands, wrists, feet, and ankles resulting from arthritis. Gain access to a variety of techniques, tools, and directional changes that strengthen as well as soothe the muscles and joints.

Silver Fitness
Staying active as we age will help alleviate and even negate certain health problems. This program is for maturing adults who want to stay active for better health. This program is designed with variety in mind. Get strength training, balance, basic agility, and elements from Yoga and Tai Chi.

Essential Strength
This program is designed for active healthy individuals who care about their fitness, but have no time for fluff. It’s efficient and this workout is exactly what a body needs to stay strong, stand tall, and checks the box. We will keep track of progess so all you have to do is show up ready to sweat.

Forty & Fantastic
As we age into our 40s, our bodies start to need different things. Hormones, metabolism, lifestyle choices, and more can affect our weight. We encourage healthy habits and don’t prioritize how many years we have or what the scale says. This type of training is part physical and part mental. We work on behavior change, goal setting, food choices, and general daily/weekly exercise expectations that will augment aging health.

Our primary client base for personal training is aging individuals who are managing special conditions. We have helped clients living with Parkinson’s, Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, Joint Replacements, Cancer, Scoliosis, Osteoporosis, and more.

What Are The Rates Of Your Services?
Typically, the Basic Package is where we begin. It includes a free 60 min. Initial Assessment, 8 x 60 minutes Individual Sessions, and a PDF of your program. At the assessment we will discuss your potential program plan and how long it may take to progress or improve. Price is $600. Investing in your fitness and wellness is a game changer and the gains you make in quality of life are invaluable. Our services are more than just exercises. If you commit to it, it’s self empowerment and knowledge you will use for years to come.
What Qualifications Do You Hold?
This varies for each team member, but we have high standards. From our Founder - “I have been a fitness professional for over a decade wearing many hats in the industry devoting my career to fitness-medical integration. I have a B.S. Biological Sciences; I am a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist (TBMM-CES), Personal Trainer, and Yoga Teacher (200 Hr.). I’m CPR & AED Certified. I’ve trained many clients over the years, and have discovered my gift is helping people find individualized active aging fitness programs that include Corrective Exercise, Lifestyle Changes, and Yoga.”
Do You Offer Virtual Services Or In-Person?
Our primary service is in-home or at-location because it’s the best way to achieve success. We do offer virtual as well.
Can I Buy Online?
If you are a returning client, yes. We like to speak with each of our new clients before they purchase to make sure we are on the same page and they get what they need. We also need to complete waivers and medical clearances for exercise.
What Are Your Terms And Conditions?
Once we decide to work together and you become our client, we’ll send you a waiver and an agreement laying out the terms. These things prevent confusion around guidelines, expectations, or rules. To keep things simple, we do not allow refunds.
