What Yoga means to me?

Practicing yoga and healthy living are synonymous.  I believe, we can’t have one without the other.  Practicing yoga provides me with peace, strength, stretch, and balance for body and mind.  It appeals to my psychosocial needs for camaraderie and friendship as well. I’ve met some fantastic people in my classes! As a minimalist, I carefully select the things in my life. I try not to over schedule myself or my children. I try to focus on having a life I don’t need a vacation from which includes my home (my sanctuary), nourishing foods, and ways to spend my time. Yoga is part of my lifestyle, also my job.  Do what you love and call it work!  As a highly motivated individual who operates with a baseline hurricane brain, yoga has helped me find calm. Through my passion for yoga I hope you also find the great benefits as I have.  Come practice with me, attend my classes or schedule an Individual Yoga Training session!
